The information you enter into HomeVault is used only to provide the app's core features, including:

- Tracking warranties and purchase details

- Creating and restoring backups locally on your device
3. Backup and Import Feature
HomeVault allows you to export or import backup files. These backup files are created and selected by you and are handled locally on your device. We do not upload backup files to our servers unless you choose to share them yourself.
4. Third-Party Services
HomeVault does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools that collect your personal data. The app does not send your data to unknown or external services.
5. Permissions
HomeVault does not require access to sensitive device permissions such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, or SMS. Any file access used for backup import/export is only for files you explicitly choose.

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its safety depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping your device protected with a strong password, screen lock, and regular updates.
7. Children's Privacy
HomeVault is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may delete your app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage, depending on your device. You can also choose not to use backup features if you do not want to create or share files.
